Customized Design and Making Service

Background: 3D printing is best suited for customization tasks, starting from 1 piece.

A few special benefits from the design of our FDM model: you can easily change the overall shape of the puzzle and apply specifically designed 2D / 3D tiles, without starting every time from sketch. Redesigning into a very different size is also possible.

Based on above features, we are able to offer customized design and making service. Examples are based on Tuttminx. Actually you can replace it by most of our products.

Example 1. Tuttminx in any other polyhedral / non-polyhedral shape: usually only involves redesigning external layer.

Example 2. Tuttminx adapted to 50cm statue: involves totally redesigning / testing for bigger core without significantly loosing performance.

Example 3. Special tiles: concave / convex inlay for better grip or UV sealed objects / miniatures as tile: involves modification of external layer.

Licensing issues. If you are making one or few customized pieces for yourself, there’s no license issue usually. While if you want to go into (exclusive) commercial production, there’s a licensing issue to be addressed. Also we need to verify its basic originality before going into commercial. In this case we’ll work it out together.
